I would bring the following:
1) Real English candies-toffees, chocolates, and pastries, i.e.Thorntons, Norfolk Manors... and not Cadburys, Quality Street or Walkers that can be found in the Philippines... well if they don't mind, why not.
2) Different flavors of English tea. Choose the teabags as they are easy unless they are really into tea then bring them the loose leaf teas.
3) If they are really into tea, a couple of small tea sets then!
4) Those Beef Jerkys will for sure be popular with the local Filipino men and their SMB

#1s reply is witty, though the cheese will sweat in the time it takes to get it from the airport to your hotel fridge in the taxi.
Rule of Law will escape out of the window on the way. Unfortunately, you can't pack it in a bottle.
