There's a new service from Dumaguete to Caticlan via Ceres bus. P 600.00 one way and P 650 return.
Schedule: Leaves Dumaguete at 10am, Leaves Bacolod for Iloilo 5:30 pm, leaves Iloilo for Caticlan at 10 pm arrives 5am. If youre not in a rush you get to see Bacolod and Iloilo :)

From Caticlan to Dumaguete: Leave's Caticlan for Iloilo 1am, Leave sIloilo at 730 am for Bacolod, Leaves Dumaguete for Dumaguete 1030 am arrives Dumaguete 3pm.

OOps the last line was meant to go Leaves Bacolod for Dumaguete at 1030 am and arrives Dumaguete 3pm.
