Travel to and around Tabayas from Manila

Easy. Take any Jam or Jac linerbus bound for Lucena from Buendia/LRT. Both services have terminals on opposite sides of Buendia (GIl Puyat Ave)near the LRT station
The fare will be around P200. You can either ride into Lucena central terminal where you can pick up a van or jeepney to Tayabas (30 mins) or ask the conductor to let you out at the junction on Maharlika highway where you can get a jeepney going up the hill to Tayabas
As far as transport in and around Tayabas,trikes are your only option but ask around and you will be sure to find someone with a car/van who will,for a price drive you around.
Alternative is to ride a Sta Cruz bound bus (HM transport) to Pagsanjan terninal then ride a Lucena bound jeepney or van over the hill to Tayabas via Lucban
