SKYPE

Depends really where you plan to go. If you go to major cities or tourist destinations, they definitely have Skype and complete accessories (mic, headset, webcams). Even in smaller cities they have internet cafe's with complete accessories. There are dozens of internet cafe's in my city and all have webcams, headsets and mic. Though not sure if all cafe's have Skype but with stiff competition, most would probably have Skype. Internet access here costs around 10 to 20 Pesos per hour in downtown area and 20 to 40 Pesos per hours in malls.

Internet cafes would have it including the gadgets. Seeing that many girls talking to their foreigner boyfriends even in the remote parts of the country where there is internet, I would assume you can find the same gadgets and SKYPE is easily downloadable (YM is the most used in these case) .
