Many thanks haggisthai, sure JB will agree that its always good to get nice feedback like that..
Sure that others who know Camiguin and CDO better than us will have more input..

OP, my opinion is;
- Fly to CDO and do White water rafting or kayaking. And maybe Spelunking and river trekking at Mapawa.
- Day trip to Bukidnon; do Dahilayan and Campo Juan, and then maybe try one of the best steaks at Del Monte Clubhouse
- From CDO, travel to Camiguin via Balingoan port; do Mantigue Island, White Island, Trek Hibok-Hibok, Ardent Hot Spring, Santo Nino Cold Spring, Sunken Cemetery, katibawasan falls, Giant Clam Santuary, maybe another Zipline, and catch your fish at sea food restaurant.
- Once done with Camiguin, you can back track to Balingoan Port and catch a bus to Surigao. Then ferry to Siargao Island and do your surfing and related stuff.

IFF, you still have lots of time. Ferry back to Surigao and find out how to get to and see Britannia Islands, Enchanted Hinatuan River, and Tinuy-an falls.

Also if you like scuba, snorkel, or spearfishing then there are outfitter for that too.

Also near Balingoan port, check out Duka Bay and Alibuag Spring...

You can search YouTube for the videos.

ENJOY!!!

Seems like you've seen plenty of the Visayas before, so why not try something completely different?

Fly from Manila Laoag. See the sights for a couple of days then head along the coast to the beaches at Pagudpud. Spend some time there, then continue along the north coast to Santa Ana and Palaui Island. You could then either head back to Laoag or fly Manila from Tuguegarao, after seeing some of the Cagayan Valley and visiting the Callao Caves.

The far North of Luzon is pleasant, relatively quiet and off the beaten path. But there are some really nice beaches around Paudpud and Santa Ana. Trekking and adventure can be found on Palaui and the Cagayan Valley. The Laoag area has plenty of sights, including Paoay Church, the Burgos Lighthouse, Marcos' Mausoleum, windmills, etc.

Just some food for thought!
