Hello

could you recommend me a doable itinerary with a 12 months baby (mostly beaches, towns, some walks)? At 1 or 2 places we would like to go diving - if a nanny would be available.

We are experienced backpackers but Philippines seems not easy given all the islands - so advise would be appreciated. We plan 2 weeks (can also take 3 but this seemed us a bit too long, we remain undecided). Not looking for 5start etc ressorts but we can afford flights etc.
Thanks so much
Beat

Hi Beat.
Bohol has all you are looking for. Nice beaches good diving and snorkling. Has also interesting things to do inland like chocolate hills, river cruise traisier monkey etc.

Also Dauin, nice beach resorts with divecentre on site, where no doubt babysitting can be arranged, then you have easy access to shore dives along the Dauin Coast and day trips to Apo Island. Visit Dumaguete City, and loads to do in terms of local daytrips..

With 2 weeks, wouldnt be too difficult to combine Bohol and Negros, just take the ferry between Tagbiliran and Dumaguete..

Camiguin Island would be ok. Easy to find nanny...

Why not head north to Baler and Pagidpud ,stop off in 100 islands on the way.
