Indonesian Visa (60 day)

Has anyone got a 60 day tourist visa from the Manila Indonesian embassy?

I m from the UK, therefore if you have received one from this embassy, what did you need to produce? Looking at the website I m somewhat confused. (easily done)

This is what i think i will need
- Iternary
- return ticket
-proof of funds (us$1000)
- 2 photos
- the application form

will i need to have anything from a sponsor in Indonesia or is this for a non tourist visa (ie student, business visa)
