Done that journey maybe 30 times. Never even considered a ferry. As above go to South Terminal Bus Station and get on the next bus leaving for Lilo-An. Then fast craft to Sibulan and eezyride into Dumaguete. Did the journey a few days ago, 6 hours end to end..
