e-cigarettes/vaping - buying

Cigarettes are really cheap in the Philippines and you can smoke everywhere. You'd be a fool not to go for the real thing!

Cigarettes are exceptionally cheap, but there are some towns where smoking is not allowed in public places (although most locals tend to ignore this as its not often enforced) I have seen a few long term expat residents using E cigs so they must be getting them somewhere..
Had to laugh when we went to the Town of Tabacco in Bicol and signs everywhere said Tabacco is non Smoking!

Thanks for both replies. I smoked cigarettes for 20 years and will never to back to them. E-cigs are so much better healthwise (and I do not need a discussion on that point here, I have researched the science), but I do need to get supplies in the Philippines so any vaperers please advise where to find them and help with suggesting better quality ones if there is a choice.. I am transitting through Singapore so can't bring them with me. Many thanks.
