Hey there, just wondering if its safe to book airline tickets online with Cebu airlines well in advance.

How much chance is there of my money going into the internet abyss, and do they have E-tickets?

If anyone could let me know that would be really handy.

It's safe, if your credit card goes thru. UK and US Credit cards are not working this time. Yes e-tickets!

The earlier you book, the cheaper it is. Just try

I am the first to critisise their computer booking system but if you do suceed in booking then there is a space for you on the plane - and usually lots of empty ones which could have been filled if they got their act together.
they are incompetent not crooks

Well, I booked last time, had to try several times with my credit card, but showed up with the e-ticket receipt and got on the plane.
I could not book another flight because of trouble with the credit card system or computer problems.
But it seems that successfully completed bookings get you a seat on the plane.
Of course, the later the departure, the longer the delay...

I just booked my flight yesterday, used my credit card and had absolutely no problem getting through. Was emailed my e-ticket in no time.

i used to use my american credit card all the time and book online. their system won't let me do that anymore. so now i just have to call the res center and they process it on the phone. then send me the receipt by email. not good but still better than going and waiting for hours at the ticket office. if you're in the phils call 02 (manila zone) 7020888. if you're not in the phils use your country's international access digits, probably 00, then 63 (phil country code) then 7020888.

last minute purchases can be costly. it's worth the trouble to book in advance.

ooops!

i made a mistake on that last post. to call cebu pacific from outside philippines dial your country's international access, then 63 ( phils country code) then 2 (manila zone) then the res center at 7020888.

The price they quoted me online is P800 more than when I called up the hotline. Don't rely too much on their online booking system. The problem is that it took them 3 days to e-mail me the electronic receipt, after so many times I've called them up and tell them to do so.

I agree with #2, they are incompetent.
