Best way to go to vigan from ninoy airport on night bus

Don't plan to be out of the airport before 8pm. Change money or visit an ATM at the airport. Expect to wait 30 mins on a taxi... And if the taxi queue outside Arrivals is lengthy, hustle up to Departures and pick up a taxi that's just dropped off.

20 mins later and maybe 120PHP will get you to Partas Terminal in Pasay (Pasay is the area that MNL is located) and there should be buses to Vigan every couple of hours till late-late. It's a haul but you should be there in 9 or 10 hours, 600-800PHP depending on what standard of bus you get. Go for the most expensive - there's not much in it, and the better ones will have free Wi-Fi etc.

There are probably other options but my daughter used Partas before and they were fine. Keep a close eye on your luggage around Manila Bus Stations at night.

Consider Farinas. Their terminal is in Sampaloc about an hour from the airport by taxi.
You can take a Laoag bound service and get off at Vigan
They have schedules up till 11.30pm

#2 Problem with heading to the north of the city is the traffic - getting to Cubao could take an hour, but you'd be unlucky to take much longer. The later you get there, the fewer options you'll have and you'll probably spend more on the taxi fare than you'll save on the bus fare. So if you decide to head there make sure you a have a timetable.

Thanks both of you, definetely im going to Pasay, an there try to get the best bus posible. Don,t want to add an hour taxi trip between my 21 hour one from spain an the mnl to vigan leg. ;D
