Best islands to head for in August?

(in the philippines that is)

Negros, Cebu, Bohol, NE Mindanao (Cagayan de Oro, Camiguin, Siargao)

had a look at the pics on your webpage. Is Guisi beach on Pan de Azucar island? It's a long time I have been there, looks familar to me but can't place it. Wonderful islands, brings back the great time I had on Pan De Azucar!

From PIkayaker's list of suggested places, I'd pick NEGROS..... get to the capital City of Bacolod, then drive all the way down to the sea shore town of SIPALAY by the Sulu Sea....

The place enjoys a year-round experience of sunny days EVEN in the months of late July until late September... I traveled down there some years back (excellent highway that the rich Province of Occidental Negros- aka the "sugarland", had constructed for the comfort and convenience of the Negrense elite...)..

Really worth it...
