Hi
Are there ATM machines that accept foreign cards in both Puerto Princesa and ELnido

Any advice will be much appericated.

Hi
There is one Atm machine in El Nido now. I'm sure it runs out of cash a lot though. You can also get cash from your credit card in the Art Cafe.
Note that every transaction in an Atm there is a charge of 200 peso and the limit you can withdraw is 10,000 peso. There are lots of ATMs in PP.
I would recommend bringing some cash and changie it there
