May I ask for some advice about the tours offered in Sepilok. I am travelling with 2 friends in mid sept, we will probably stay at the Sepilok Nature Reserve but I have been finding the difficult to get clear information about doing the various nature tours in this area independently. I am planning a trip to Malaysia: first 2 days in Kuala Lumpur than many stops in 6 days... from Kuala Lumpur to Taram Negara then Cameron Highlands, Kotha Baru ending the last 4 days between Perenthian and Tioman Islands.
Idea is to rent a car as it allows more flexibility and quicker movements between one place and another, what do you think of this plan and the choice of the car vs other options?

Looking for recommendations for dive outfits. Planning to stay on Mabul for 4-5 nights and do my AOW, at least 1 day diving Sipadan. Scuba Junkies seem good and have been helpful. Likewise Borneo Divers. Anyone any experience of either? Matching Island Resort also looks good and not that much more expensive. All feedback gratefully received.

On my flight to Bangkok next month I will have a stopover in KL, and would like to get a glimpse of the city if possible.

Now I have two options to choose from - either fly in at 4PM and leave at 7AM, giving me 15hrs in theory - but I'd have to get back to KUL Airport very late at night (early in the morning). Is this easily possible?

I am planning to go to Malaysia this summer. I will arrive in KLIA on the 14th of July. I noticed that Hari Raya falls on the 17th and 18th of July this year and am looking on advice on where to spend this period. I could spend the first few days of my holidays in Kuala Lumpur. Is it possible to travel onwards on the 17th of July (first day of Hari Raya)? Or do all bus companies shut down during these days/are the roads too crowded? In a few months we will be visiting Langkawi, Penang and KL (Lucky me hihi) Since I'm a big foodie I am so looking forward to Malay cuisine especially streetfood/hawkerfood. Can anyone tell me if it's safe for my 2 year old aswell? He is used to eating spicy food so I'm not worried about that but I'm thinking more along the lines of food poisining or really bad diarrhea.

My proposed itinerary at the moment is a couple of weeks taking in Kuching, maybe Sibu & Kapit , Miri & Kota Kinabalu, I'm guessing air travel would be the best bet to get over to Sandakhan & then take it from there?

Sorry if this question has been asked before but I need to book my AirAsia flight soon and as I've never had to make this transfer I want to be sure. I'm flying into KL Int'l airport on EVA Airlines landing at 2:25pm. How far away is the KLIA2 airport that AirAsia flies to? I need to get from the main airport to the 2nd airport to board a flight to Medan. How much time should I budget in for this transfer? Big thanks in advance!
