does anyone know this place ? - seems that everybody goes to sepilok jungle resort or nature resort !
I've booked there for 2 nights before and after uncle tans's 3d2n tour -thanks

Sepilok Forest Edge Resort is the new place run by Robert Chong, who formerly ran the Labuk B&B. I didn't stay there but comments from those that were willing to pay a bit more thought it was nice. It's down the road about 100 meters from the Jungle Resort.

I stayed there 2 weeks ago. It's much better than the other place, as it's very new and quieter. They have dorm rooms with 3 beds in. SJR is packed everynight and the rooms are definitely run down.... at least the block we were in were pretty bad.

Thanks for the assurance (#3). We tried booking SJR and even the big 'suites' are taken for the week. The other alternative is the Sepilok NATURE Resort but no one picked up the phone. By chance, we came upon the Forest Edge. Hoping for a good, relaxing stay there. Did you book any tours through the folks at the Forest Edge ???
