Hi there!

We will be in Kuala Lumpur in late December. I imagine the celebration of a 'New Year' won't be much in Malaysia, but do you have any suggestions on what to do for the 31st of December/1st of January? We will catch a flight early on the 1st so we will really have to stick around town. Any ideas? Any places where we can attend a nice dinner party? Thanks a lot in advance!

There's always a big gathering on merdeka square with a countdown and fireworks, that might be worth checking out!
