hi guys. during my travels round malaysia i had the chicken curry ( the one that nearly every resturant has) and fell in love with it. does it have a certin name i am trying to buy a paste so i can make it home. all and any adivce on cooking roti's would be great thanks guys hope everyone is enjoying there travels,

I've never really found a good packet of chicken curry paste in Msia. I normally buy them in Thailand.

Its called Ayam Kari
check here for cooking tips. if the photo is anything to go buy it looks spot on.

have you tried capitans curry too?? its very yummy.. http://www.spicysteve.com/recipes/recipe042.html<BR><BR>"Indofood&quot; has the best authentic pastes in my opinion. you can probably even buy it in an asian supermarket at home. they have ayam kari paste too. what i do is mixing it with the original recipe ;-)

#2 exactly the recipe i always cook back at home, the longer u left the curry to simmer, the thicker it will become

the brands that always produce nicer taste are Adabi, Allagappa's & Baba's
