Thanks for the information about chalet in Peherentian! I'm thinking about going to Peherentian by plain with airmalaysia (booking the flight from Rome to K.L. we can buy at a very low prize the flight k.l. - Kota Bharu). I have this idea: Rome-K.l. - Kota Bharu - 10 days in Perherentian and than Penang (3/4 days), 3 days in K.L. than Taman Negara Park and the last 2 days in Melaka. But I don't Know if could be better to stop 2 o 3 days in K.L. and than start our trip.. Any suggestion? I will be there all july.

take a bus to pudu raya cost 8 to 12 ringgit,,,,then melaka bus station take a bus at terminal 21 to melaka towm cost 1 ringgit below
visit hostorical city...can complete between 4 hour
maybe same date go back to kl

Are you sure about taking the ferry from Kuala Terengganu to Perhentian Besar?
As far as I know, one can only take the ferry from Kuala Besut, which is about an hour and half drive from Kuala Terengganu.
Most of the boat operators in Kuala Besut will drop you at any destination on the island, Big or Small at no extra cost.

I think you have a great plan but I rather make Kuala Lumpur the last stop.
Fly Rome To Kuala Lumpur.
Fly Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu, taxi to Kuala Besut, ferry to the Perhentians.
For flight details; log on to:

Fly Penang to Kuala Lumpur, go to Taman Negara.
From Taman Negara, get to Jerantut, take the train to Tampin, and get a taxi to Melaka.
From Melaka, back to Kuala Lumpur, enjoy our city, get some souvenir & do some shopping.
Fly back to Rome.
