Anyone took this direct ferry services to Koh Lipe, is the services still running?

I'm thinking of flying AirAsia to Langkawi this December/Jan'08 and take direct ferry to this Island. I can't seem to find the latest infor to confirm the frequency of the ferry?

Would appreciate those who did the trip last Dec'06 kind to share your experience. TQ
