I just book an e-ticket from butterworth to KL on 2/8/2015 and the website send me the confirmation e-mail but when I return to the website to print the ticket, I found nothing.
What's happening? How can I get my e-ticket or my money back?
Does anyone got some problem like this. How can I solve the problem?

A few years ago I was not able to book via the official website. I email KTMB and they responded next day. Maybe try email.
