Hi there,
Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay in the Bukit Bintan area that may have a separate sleeping area,as were travelling with our 18month old who sleeps a whole lot better if he can't see us!Looking at around 300Ringitt or less and close to restaurants etc..Have looked at the Radius hotel website and their best room appears to have separate bedroom, but any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks

I can't recommend a specific hotel, but with a budget of RM300, it shouldn't be too difficult finding two rooms seperate rooms with an attached door.

This link has a list of hotels in Bukit Bintang. It maybe faster to find a local travel agent to do the searching for you, and have your room booked with them if they find what you're looking for.

Cheers.

Agree with #1, you shouldn't have a problem with a budget of RM300. Several hotels have separate lounges from the sleeping area, but I can't think of any in BB area. Maybe try Prince Hotel.

What's a budget flophouse/ guest house in KL for 15 RM per night or LESS for a single with a fan??

The less frills the BETTER!

Stayed at the Radius in February. They seem to specialise in those beds with extra springy mattresses, you know the ones where the springs almost poke out of the mattress and threaten to break a rib. I complained and changed rooms once but after the second room's mattress proved just as lumpy as the first, I figured all the rooms were like that and just rolled over a lot. Otherwise a good hotel, and maybe they've bought some new mattresses.

#4 - I had a similar mattress in a hotel in Sandakan, Sabah, last week. The mattress was new, but I guess it was just a very cheap one. Not nice to sleep on!

Look up The Coronade, Berjaya Times Square Hotel, KL Plaza Suites.
