I want to ask some help from anyone who knows the transport system in Kota Kinabalu.

We fly in this Sunday from Hong Kong to Kota Kinabalu and will stay one night in a lodge in Jalan Gaya. Next day we need to take an early bus to Kuala Penyu in time for us to catch the 10am boat to Pulau Tiga.

But I am reading differing information about exactly where the bus leaves from in KK. We will need to be there early and cannot arrive late so we need to know exactly where to go. Can someone please give me the precise location where the buses leave from?

Thanks in advance!

Quoting: "You can take the bus. Bus station, City Park Terminal is located in front of the KK High Court, opposite the KK post office. Take the Borneo Express (Borneo Express mobile: +6013 893 88 11 / +6012 830 77 22) bus in Green color that goes to Menumbok. Bus fare is RM 18 per person per way. Kuala Penyu by bus to Menumbok (155 km - 2 hours).
Scheduled departure from Kota Kinabalu to Menumbok is at 0645hrs,1000hrs and last bus at 1230hrs. Scheduled departure from Menumbok to Kota Kinabalu is 10:00 am, 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
Then, ask the driver to drop you off at Kuala Penyu instead of Menumbuk. From there, you can wait for the van/taxi at the bus stop to Kuala Penyu Jetty for RM2-3. It takes you about 10-15 mins to the jetty. "
