Hi Guys,
On August 18 we plan to leave Tioman with ferry then take a night Bus in Mersing heading Kota Bharu. Unfortunately, looking at easybook.com seems like there are no buses available any more for all August! Any cue about what should we do??
Bottom line: would there be anyone interested in sharing a private van for that trip? We are a couple, italians, we enjoy traveling on budget and meeting people from other cultures.

My Malaysian colleagues informed me there's a lot more options if you get on any bus to Kuantan and change here for Kota Bharu.

Busonlineticket has worked! Transnasional tickets were available there.
It must have been a temporary problem on easybook or something related with rights to sell tickets of a certain operator ... I don't know.

If you can't get a ticket for A-Z point, ask the ticket agent if you can go A-B then another ticket for B-Z.
I was in Mersing in June and couldn't get the 6PM ticket to KL. Eventually the ticket agent suggested that I buy 2 tickets, one to a city an hour plus away from Mersing then from there to KL. That city doesn't even show up on Google map but it had far more frequent connection to KL so I ended up getting to KL earlier than the direct Mersing-KL bus.
