We're planning a month in Borneo with a 3 yr old - and am working on an itinerary so can hopefully take advantage of cheap air asia flights. So far have planned to go to Kinabatanga Floodplains, Turtle Island (?), Sepliok, Kinabalu - and perhaps Bako, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get around. Are there any interesting stops between Sadakan (for Kinabatanga) and Kinabalu? What are the options for travelling in between these places? And what are the options for getting down to Sarawak? What do folks recommend to do in Sarawak (relatively kid friendly stuff). any suggestions for itineraries would be great. thanks,
