Best place to get OPW certificate late August

Hi everyone,

I'm heading to Malaysia in late August and am keen to get my OPW certificate.

Can anyone recommend the best place to go and get this?

From what I'm reading so far Tioman or Pehentians seem to be a good place for beginners, though dive sites are not as beautiful as in places like Sabah or Mabul on East Malaysia side.

But if I can't access these beautiful dive sites anyway because I am only going for OPW, then it makes sense for me to just do Tioman or Pehentians. Is this an accurate assessment?
