Hello fellow travellers, have any of you taken the opportunity in jakarta to buy suits? Do you know any good places? I'm looking for classical British style suits. Any idea of prices?

I have had good shirts and trousers from one just across the main road from the main door of Blok M Plaza. I think it's name is Tham or Thon or something like that. Nice cloth. They had a branch in Plaza Indonesia (upstairs) but that may have closed.
Nearby is Ramayana near Blok M on Jl Melawai (going west from Blok M) - it had good cloth but I found the staff were not very helpful if the boss was not there.
There is a good one in the Hilton, near the lobby of the Garden Tower.
I have only had one jacket made (not by above tailors) and quality was OK but not as good as HK etc. I guess jackets are the hardest thing to tailor well, to maybe you should get more opinions.
Prices are quite negotiable in Jakarta but the best cloths especially Italian superfines are not cheap. British cloths are generally cheaper.
I have also found some shops are not good at stiff collars on shirts, better at soft button-downs.
