Suggestions for guest houses in Uluwatu with central location

Will be spending a few nights in Uluwatu just chilling and exploring with my parents.
Looking to stay at a guesthouse (cheapish) that's in a good location that we can walk to to/from beaches, restaurants etc.
Anyone know of some goodies?

Uluwatu is a fairly large area, it all depends where you want to be.

I generally stay in Bingin/Padang Padang when we're in Ulu. Anywhere along that west coastline is still fairly close to everything you need (beach clubs, bars, hotels, cafes etc). The Bingin Inn is a relatively reputable guesthouse, and only a few hundred metres from Bingin Beach (great bars on the sand).
Kenanga Inn at Padang is also cheap and decent - right by the famous Padang Padang beach.

We will be going to Bali in late January - Feb for 3 weeks. Would we get a cheeper rate if we book online with agoda or walk in off the street to guest houses?
