Hello everyone !
I'll be arriving in Kuta after a 20 hours flight from Europ, and I want to make sure I have a place to sleep...
Do you know any budget accomodation that would have a website, so that I can book online ?

Thanks in advance,
Zoe

Zoe,

Try this one

Sorga Cottages

The have different rooms and prices. You also can contact them directly by phone and the also pick you up at the aiport for free. Although it's in the middle of Kuta you will get a good nightsleep and still close to the action.
If you need the telephonenumber just send me a pm.

Hi Zoe,

Anne is right on the money, been going to Indo for 10 years and ALWAys stay at Sorga's, they are the absolute best and the free airport pick up will save you about $10.

Very highly recommended.

I would not consider Sorga to be a "budget" accommodation. In fact, the budget places do not have websites and do not take advance reservations. There are literally hundreds of budget places to stay in South Bali. Expect to pay about U.S. $ 5 to $ 7 for a budget room in Kuta Beach, including a small breakfast. It should not be too difficult to find a room in this category even in the high season. But if you insist in booking some more expensive room over the internet I recommend that you book only 1 night so you can find something a lot cheaper the next day.

Taxi from airport to Kuta is "fixed" on Rp 50.000,00 so definately not US$ 10

Well MisterSteve there is budget and there is rockbottom budget. Sorga is still budget bij Kuta standards and they have a webiste. Still not such a bad choice. And Zoe was asking for budget&website.

...walk down to Poppies can be a good idea but Zoe just posted "after 20 hours flight" so maybe she is not in the mood for walking down to Poppies (and from Zurich at midday, thus hot.....)

But there are definately many other choices. I was just suggesting one which I know (and which is worth the price)

This looks like a good option for me too - if you put in your flight details on their website is the airport pickup automatic? Do you need to stay a minimum number of nights to qualify?
