Hi all,

I will arrive in Padang this Saturday 25/08 for the first time in 15 years....
Could someone kindly advise:

1) Can I use my ATM at the airport? If not, are there at least Money Changers at the airport or do I need to bring some Rps. from SG?
2) Still haven't made a hotel booking. Any recent experience / recommendation? How is the Nuansa Hotel at the beach? Is the Inna Muara still OK? Budget: US$ 25 - 50.

3) I asked before but found no solution: any motor bike rental in Padang?

Hi there,

I live in Padang and having work in Mentawai Island. There are few ATM machine in the Airport next to International Arrival doors on the airport and an authorize money changer. For that budget you can stay at Bumi Minang Hotels, the 4 star hotel its 40USD or if you like to stay on the beach view, Pangeran Beach Hotel will be suit for you. The nuansa hotel is nice but so noisy especially on the evening.
There are few motorbike rental in Padang, one of them the matic motor.
