Hi Kris,
It would have been great to have this information earlier. I started researching how to get a license some weeks ago, but the only information I could find in English was outdated or contradictory. That's why I started this thread. I'm disappointed to hear I might be supporting corruption, however as a foreigner who doesn't speak the language, I did the best I could with the information I had. Hopefully your comments will help others who read this thread.
