Hi,

I will visit the arfak mounts for some birding this year, is it still necessary to get a Surat Jalan?

In the Mokwam area there is no police and no one cares.
If you go to the Anggi Lakes, police in the main town do expect you to report and have one. Getting one in Manokwari is easy.
