Has anyone got their Indonesia visas in Kuching recently? My friend is there at the minute and says they are asking for flights, credit cards, written info why you are visiting. Is there a company who will issue dummy flight tickets? ANy advice would be fantastic

I had a friend just get a 60-day visa from the Consulate in Kuching and he did so using Biaramas bus tickets. I don't think that he had an exit flight ticket, but perhaps I'm wrong. Maybe he bought a RT bus ticket?
You could use a mock-up ticket from an on-line reservation system (an e-Ticket, or paperless ticket) by printing out everything but the confirmation (itenerary, costs, customer info pages) from an internet reservation site. Air Asia has this...the problem is that there is only one company that flies out of Kuching to Indonesia, and they don't do on-line sales. So I would imagine that he'll need to actually buy the tickets. How was he going to get in anyways?
