What flight was the 6.5h delay?

That was the afternoon Lion flight from Medan to Padang. The early morning flight from Bali to Surabaya was delayed by half an hour when updated on the screen but in reality it was about an hour.
About ten minutes before the new departure time there were passengers queing in line for boarding before any announcement were made. I found out later the reason why this happen when Lion flights are delayed.
