I am going back to Indonesia in my fifth trip, last time was in 2015 and I will fly again from Denpasar to Labuan Bajo. I remember I used to by flight tickets with Lion Air through some Indonesian Travel Agency (no remember the name), but I see it is possible now to buy tickets directly in Lion Air Webpage. The question is that Lion Air have not information about Cancelation and refund policy, do someone know about that?
I have travel with them many times from 2012 to 2015 and I never had problems but I do not know how is it working now.

Have a read on Indowatravel term & condition Lion Air policy. This is still current I think.

Lion Air does not accept foreign credit cards.

You can book with them over the internet and take the booking reference to a Alfa Mart and pay for your ticket there.

You can book Lion Air flights on nusatrip.com, they accept foreign credit cards. I did it many times. But their refund policy is none, as far as I remember.
