should you really go to Siau and Karakelong, please write about it here afterwards - I am very interested in good snorkelling places. Have been to the Bandas as well, planning R4 for later this year.

With his wife, they built a nice place on the slopes facing AWU on the northern outskirts of Tahuna, SANGIHE island.
You can find more about them by googling HATTARUA Guest house. (sorry if i break the rules by advertising)
They are new in business, but so far they have been doing a great trailblazing job by combing the island and its attractions.
I will be there in less than a month so i am looking forward to visit the island and further
