cheapes ways to travel to indonesia

Halloto all
Me and my wife travel once a year to indonesia and allways there is no less than 3000 euros that we need for tiket flights,around 1300(a return tiket for 4 months) tiket from madrid to jakarta,a tiket from balearic islands where we live to madrid around 300 more,then visas(only me as my wife is indonesian) from indonesian embassy,permit from inmigration,money to send to embassy passports by courier etc etc so never is less than 3000 euros for both and now that my wife will born a baby even more we need.
There is ni cheap tiket flighs to indonesia from europe?something like 400 euros a return tiket?
from europe to south america is full of tike flights cheap for just 300 or 400 or 500 euros and also to china there are 500 euros tikets.
why not to indonesia?
we would like to go more often to indonesia but the tikets are very much expensive,I need more than one month work to get only one tiket.
anybody know cheap ways of go into indonesia?any flight company only 500 euros a return tiket?
