60-Day Itinerary Assistance Please

Hey Everyone,

Thanks SO much for all your help.
(As you can see, I have included much of your suggestions in my routes, while striking out others)

I have decided to go to the following places (along with some minor notes):

Lombok - Gili Trawangan, Gunung Rinjani, Tetebatu

Rinca

Flores - Bajawa, Moni, Kelimutu

Bali - Kuta (limit time), Ubud, Kintamani, Tirta Gangga, Amed (snorkelling), Gunung Batur, Munduk

Sumatra - Danau Maninjau (Go out to the jungleland, not just green lake are), Danau Toba (Hike all the way to the top), Pulau Samosir

I'm in Chinatown's KL right now and fly out with AirAsia tomorrow afternoon.
I'm quite excited :-)

P.S. Strawberita, I'd love to go to Sulawesi and Kalimantan as well, but they seem to be a bit out of my range in terms of price and I'm the type of traveller who enjoys travelling to less places in a destination and getting to know them more inside out. There is always next time :)

I'd save Sumatra for another trip. I spent two months just between Bali and Nusa Tenggara, and couldn't have added anything else without rushing.
