My husband scored amazing deal using miles for first class flights to Beijing for the first 2 weeks of October, but we have since learned about Golden Week - thus the "amazing" deal. Hello, I'm looking for suggestions for a 10-day itinerary starting from Osaka in November. I have already been to Japan once, with my wife and son and we did Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Takayama, Shirakawa go, Hiroshima and Miyajima. Will have a 12 hours stopover at beijing airport from 11.30 to 2am.I want to explore Mutanyu Great Wall and I m on a budget.I know I can go bck to the city and catch a bus there but is there a way to go from the airport to Mutanyu/ Huairou by public transport?

Hi all, headed to Japan for just 10 days in April. Wondering if folks think this is too much action? Or is this reasonable? I'm enthusiastic about a day trip to Taoshima, but not sure if thats enough time. Between that and Hiroshima/Miyajima, not sure which makes more sense. Not sure if pushing it by going all the way west to Hiroshima?

What is the best way to go around in Yunnan? Would it be public transport, joining a tour, hire a private driver or self drive?

I am thinking to go Dali,Lijiang and Yuanyang but it seems that some places around there are a bit remote so I was wondering if it is easy to reach by myself.

Is there a recommended tour company that would be helpful in that area?
