7: Gyantse: Pelkhor Monastery with Kumbum Stupa, free afternoon stay: Gyantse

8 From Gyantse to Shigatse. Visit Shalu mon. (10km before Shigatse).

Shigatse: Tashilumpo monastery stay Shigatse

9: From Shigatse to Sakya. 4hr stay: Sakya

10: Sakya via Rumbok to Mt Everest. 6hr stay rumbok monastery or Base Camp tent

I WANT:
PRICE FOR TOUR ( we are 2 persons)
PRICE FLIGHT CHENGDU LHASA AND BACK

we like to walk a kora, walk without guide
in a city, just sit down and look at people.
we do Not want to see All monastery's in Tibet
but also Tibetan people, nomads, nature etc..
and not spend all days in a car!!!
1) what is price for 1 extra day (on first day, no guide: we will rest in hotel room to rest that day )
2)what do you think of tour?
3)what is your price for tour
4)what kind of hotels? we do not need expensive hotels
5)what is included in tour?
6)can you buy ticket for Potala for first day
7)can we make changes in tour when we are traveling??
8) do you think we should include Namtso lake??
9)is it possible to go from EBC in 1 day to Shigatse?

Think it took us more than 6hrs to get from Sakya to EBC. Oh and in my opinion there isnt enough at EBC to warranrt a whole day there.

If you don't mind me asking, which agency did you get this quote from?

Nomad travel in Xiahe. VERY honest people.
They arranged some transport and a grassland tour
this summer in Xiahe (see my other reply about them)
They use their agent in Tibet for Tibet tours.

I also received a price from Snowlandstours:
6000Y per person (2 person tour)
but no hotels included, ans no price for EBC= 400Y car and 180YX2 ??
