Taiwan Flower Expo Park

Taipei had a flower expo some years back around the Xingsheng Park area if I'm not mistaken. Does the expo park still exist? I'm confused - I went to the website and I'm not sure about tickets. Can one just go there on the spot to buy tickets?

Yes some part of it are still there. The park is now open to the public so you don't need a ticket. The tickets are only required for some pavilions and you can purchase tickets on the spot.
