| charliegrosso10:57 UTC29 Aug 2007 | i had meet some travellers while I was in Turkey and they had gotten to Lhasa from Chengdu via 4X4 and they highly recommand it.
Then as I was reading other people's postings, it seems that many are getting to Lhasa and then hiring a 4x4 to travel around. Could anyone advise one verse the other in terms of cost and perference?
Also, if anyone has reached Lhasa via Chengdu in 4x4, can you tell me how it was, cost and legistics.
