If you find yourself with a free Saturday in Tokyo and you want to see a bit of the city then I can thoroughly recommend this guided cycling tour of the central Tokyo area.

I wanted something that would let me see a lot in a short time and this tour was absolutely ideal. You see people cycling in the streets of Tokyo all the time. It's a great place to be on two wheels and it was a very enjoyable way of seeing the city. I hadn't cycled for about 17 years but I had no problems. It's not run by some big company either, just 3 or 4 people who had the idea and decided to do it. It's really informal and friendly.
Only runs on Saturdays although they do the occasional Sunday.
