Seoul (plus?) with a 10-month-old...ideas pleaseCountry forums / North-East Asia / South Korea
Hi, We are planning on travelling to Seoul during the first week of October - we have exactly a week, Saturday-Saturday. We'll have our 10-month-old daughter with her. She's a very good traveller, so far... At first I'd thought we'd just stay in Seoul and explore the city - we tend to do things in a fairly relaxed way so that we can fit in naps, feeds, etc. I'm now wondering whether we would run out of things to do in a week in Seoul. So, my questions:
Many thanks for any advice you can give us.
Seoul is very child friendly - family is a major thing here. Nearly all restaurants welcome children, and even babies. There are a few nice national parks on the outskirts of Seoul, which are only a short subway ride from the city. Bukhansan national park, Dobongsan, or Suraksan. You can stay anywhere in Seoul practically and be a stone's throw from hundreds of restaurants. The Jongno, Myeong Dong, or Hyehwa areas are very central for sights, and overflowing with food and drink opportunities. | 1
Thanks very much for your advice, carruthers - much appreciated. | 2
