Pine Suites Seoul

Hi all,

Has anyone stayed at or heard of Pine Suites in Seoul.

I wanted to book Seoul Guesthouse as I have seen reviews and they are recommended in the Lonely Planet guide.Unfortunately they were fully booked and recommended Pine Suites as it is next door...

There is nothing on tripadvisor or Lonely Planet about Pine Suites.

Thanks for any info, in particular confirming the location and any feedback as the 'owner' sending emails has very little English.
