one night in taiwan

hello all...we are spending one night and a day in taipei on a transit stop. we are staying at the holiday hotel near the airport. Does anyone know what time the spa and swimming pool close. Our flight arrives at nine pm and we are hoping to get some much needed chill time. Is there any restaurants nearby that serve affordable western cuisine or fried rice.
