Nepal border check point, Kodari

Are the operating times at Kodari Nepal border checkpoint quite fluid?

We are heading there from Zhangmu, Tibet on a Sunday around mid-day. Will they be closed for lunch or for the rest of the day?

The earliest we can arrive at the border I think is around 11am.
