Mix Hostel Tibet tours - any good?

Any good or bad comments about the Tibet tours organised by Mix Hostel in Chengdu? Someone said they are cheaper than many of the other options but are the trips just as good?

Cheaper doesnt mean not good, vice versa.

If you are under a tight budget or travelling solo, Mix would be a good choice 4 you.
