Has anyone had trouble contacting Sim's in Chengdu?

Hi there,

Some days ago I sent a couple of messages at Sim's Cozys Guesthouse in Chengdu to book plane tickets to Lhasa and also a room for a couple of nights and so far I have received no answer. I was wondering if they had Internet problms or maybe they are overloaded with bookings, requests and so on.

Has anyone contacted Sim's recently? Or if anybody from Sim's reads this, could you leave me a PM to confirm?

I've been in contact with them the last week (received my last e-mail on Monday from the travel agency).

I got mail from them today. They opened there new hostel and have a new mailaddress: simsgardenhostel@yahoo.co.jp
