cooking in Japan

Hey all! How are you all doing? Planning my first trip to Japan and would love to know any info on working as a chef in Japan? Im from Australia with exp. and a course in cookery as well as a uni degree, i was wondering how one ventures to work as a chef and any exp. out there from other travellers will be greatly appreciated!

There's an ad right now for a chef in Roppongi, Tokyo at Jobs In Japan. They don't say what sort of visa requirements you have to meet.

I also saw an ad for a chef on gaijinpot.com yesterday. Check out that and other expat-type websites with job listings- I think JapanToday also has them.
