Air Ticket from Seoul to Germany

Wonder if anyone can help me on this.

I want to buy a return ticket to Germany, leaving Seoul around the second week of September.

Cost-wise, would it be better to buy now or to wait until nearer the time? In other words, do fares tend to get cheaper or more expensive, the closer one is to the departure date?

The same answer I provided you when you asked the same question departing from Japan would apply if you depart from Seoul.
